We started The 500 Group in 1988, for people interested in the history, operations and buses of Cleveland Transit and the municipally owned undertakings that preceded it.

We have almost a hundred members, from all walks of life. Some are serving, or ex bus people; all share a common interest in buses.

We cater for all aspects of the hobby, from historical research, to study of the current system.

Membership brings the benefits of a large range of activities, whether your interest is in times past, vehicle restoration, or the exciting new vehicles that are coming into service with the local fleets.
