The proposal to change the name of the Bulletin to Journal was approved bythe Society's Council meeting on 7th October 2005. Bulletin 69 published in February 2006 was the last of the series.However, the numbering has been continued and Journal 70, the first in the series, was published in May 2006. The DCLHS Journal is available from the Publications Officer of the Society: When ordering you should state clearly which issue you require. Recent Bulletins cost £3.50 each plus £1.00 for postage and packing (£4.50 in total). Remittance must be included with your order. Cheques should be made payable to 'Durham County Local History Society'. Back numbers of the Bulletin are available to purchase.
