Aqua Natal is run by Debbie our Sure Start Midwife who is a qualified Aqua Natal Instructor.

The classes take place at Chester le Street Leisure Centre on a Tuesday from 1:30 - 2:30pm. It costs £1.75 for Sure Start registered mums and £2.00 for non registered mums. A crèche is available but must be booked two weeks in advance. Please call the Leisure Centre on 0191 388 6673 to book your place.

The session is for Antenatal and Postnatal ladies (after their 6 week check).  Aqua Natal exercise in water during pregnancy which is safe and an enjoyable way to prepare for labour, delivery and the postnatal period.
