My name is Marian Smith (nee Greener) born 19/3/44 in Wheatley Hill till I was 2 then moved to Ludworth for 6 years. Then back to Wheatley Hill where I reside now.

I am married to Raymond Smith and have been for 38 years in October. We have 2 sons Alan 35 years and Graham 29 years old. 2 grandsons Daniel Thomas 2 years old to Alan and Julie and Owen 6months old to Graham and Joanne.

My parents were Thomas William Greener and Emma Greener (nee Richardson) unfortunately they have both passed on.

My mother very young 59 years old leaving me at the age of 16 to look after my father and 4 brothers I have often said it would make a good Catharine Cookson novel. My hobbies are Reading, Caravanning, Quiz's and by no means least the Mothers Club.

I look forward to a Wednesday night to have a good laugh and meet a lot of friends. We are a very active towards our village, to make it better place to live in. Our chair lady Dorothy Peacock sees to the bright ideas we have had she keeps us on our toes. I am very proud to be a member of this club.
