My name is Jennifer Middleton, I am 53 yrs old, I am the eldest of 5 children to Bob and Jenny (nee Dixon). I was born and brought up in Ludworth until 1967.

When I married my first husband and moved to Wheatley Hill where I worked in the Regal bingo and betting offices for Charlie Waite. This marriage broke up in 1980.

I met Billy Middleton and moved to Thornley where I am still. We married in 1995 and have 2 sons Steven and Tony. Billy has a married son David from his previous marriage. In 1980 my friend Carol and I joined the Mothers Club I wasn't a mother then.

I was a committee member for several years then became secretary until 1997, when I took ill with a brain haemorrhage.

It has taken me 4 yrs to get where I am now, still not 100% but lucky to be able to have a laugh with my friends at the Mothers Club.
