Please don't ask me to do any housework
For it's not my cup of tea
I'd rather be out somewhere for the day
To see what there is to see

A trip to London! That will do me fine
I'll take the train and save some time
It's not the shops I want to see
It's the sights of London that excite me

First stop Tower Bridge and the Tower of London
Next a river cruises to Westminster Bridge
Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament
Then to the Abbey, the Cathedral, where next?

I'll go on to Buckingham Palace
Who knows I might see the Queen
The Mall, Leicester Square, Nelson's Column
There's still so much to be seen

For my last call I must go to Harrods
To buy a shopping bag, well most people do
Then upstairs to see what I came for
The Oh so luxurious loo

The richly marbled floor, the exquisite décor
The toilet you don't touch to flush
But by a wave of the hand, and a gesture so grand
The toilet is flushed, just like that

Now I'll make my way back to the station
On the underground it won't take too long
I'll board the train that is waiting
To speed me home to where I belong

So please don't ask me to do any housework
Please don't ask this, not of me
I'm not a worker, I'm a dreamer
And my heart yearns to be free
