The Rat

I met a man I thought fought for right and truth,
I stood behind this man I thought honest, but by strewth
This upright man I thought to be so grand
Turned out to be only made of sand. VRB.

How I wish I had a shoe,
For I'll tell you what I'd do
I'd wish I had another shoe
For then I would have two. VRB
