The Parish of Howden-Le-Wear and Hunwick.

St. Paul's has a friendly and welcoming congregation and we would love to see you at any of the masses. If you feel you would like to be accompanied to your first service by one of the congregation then please ring Fr. Stuart and he can easily arrange for someone to either pick you up at home or meet you at church and escort you into church.

We often have Parish Lunches (after Mass on Sundays) and tea and coffee are always available after Mass on Sunday so that you can stop and chat and get to know your village and it's parishoners. We are very child friendly. The children thoroughly enjoy the Sunday School (which runs from 9am til 9.30 am on Sunday mornings) and then they join us for the rest of the Mass (missing out the Sermon. Lucky them! No only kidding Fr. Stuart).

Come and join us, we'd love to see you!
